The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted to elsewhere for possible publication. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. paper should be submitted in .doc format according to the Microsoft Word Templates or LaTeX2e class file. 1. Full Paper
• Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references.
• Full text papers will be accepted by  Electronic Submission System.
• All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. 
• Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
• Full paper should be submitted in doc. format according to the Template.

2. Abstract
• Accepted abstract will be invited to give the presentation at the conference, the abstract will not be published. • Abstract should be strictly within one A4 page in length apart from the cover letter page and containing at least 200 words.
